TERMS & CONDITIONS (ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS)

Flexible Rate (Hotel Direct Bookings):

• Any cancellation must be in writing direct to the hotel.

• You can cancel your booking up to two days prior to date of arrival with no penalty.

• If you cancel inside two days of your arrival date or do not arrive for your booking, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation as a cancellation fee.

• Earlier departure than the date shown above, by the group or any member of the group may not result in a refund unless the management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

 

Non-Refundable Flexible Rate (Hotel Direct Bookings):

• Any cancellation must be in writing direct to the hotel.

• Full pre-payment is required on booking confirmation.

• You get the flexibility to amend your booking at least twice if needed, up to 2 days prior to your arrival date with no penalty. The hotel will notify you of any price change applicable for your new dates.

• If you cancel or do not arrive for your booking, you will not receive a refund.

 

Group Bookings (Hotel Direct Bookings):

• A booking of 4 rooms or more is considered a group booking.

• We require credit card details to be supplied at the time of booking to guarantee your group reservation (This will not be charged until you check out).

• Any cancellation or amendment must be in writing direct to the hotel.

• Outside 30 days of arrival you can cancel rooms or amend your booking as many times as required.

• Inside 30 days of arrival you can cancel two rooms free of charge, any additional room cancellations will incur a one night accommodation charge per room.

• Inside 2 days of arrival you will be charged one night accommodation charge per room cancelled.

• Any change to the term of the reservation will be treated as a new reservation and will be subject to availability of rooms, additional charges may apply.

• Earlier departure than the date shown above, by the group or any member of the group may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

 

 

CHECK-IN:

Available between 3pm- 9pm daily. Early check-ins are by prior arrangement only and subject to room availability, a charge of $15 NZD per hour applies. Please notify hotel if you plan to arrive after hours. If the hotel is not notified of a late check-in, a cancellation fee will apply.

CHECK OUT:

Available between 8am – 10am daily. Late check-outs are by prior arrangement only and subject to room availability, a charge of $15 NZD per hour applies.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEES:

All reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation, or leaves with an outstanding balance on their account.

CHANGES IN RESERVATION TERMS:

Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the Management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

SMOKING:

As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

GENERAL:

• Any special requests made when booking are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.

• Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.

• All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the hotel, will be charged to the registered guest.

• All keys not returned at check-out will incur a $20.00 charge against the credit card used for booking.

• You accept full responsibility for any charges incurred during your stay and acknowledge that you are personally liable for payment of any loss or damage to the room or property (both malicious or accidental) by you or your guests and that any remaining balances can be finalised on your credit card. You acknowledge that any linen/bed soiling, broken or missing items in the room will be charged to your card on file with a fee up to $250 NZD.

 

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS:

All accounts are payable on departure, unless by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
